-Work with students ranging from G 2-12 to in all content areas.
- With my leadership, parents, teachers, and students collaborate to develop plan based on what academic goals the student has to meet. As well as ensuring that proficiency and performance levels are on track to meet standards.
- Update progress and advancement to the student, teacher, and parents. Additionally attend and participate in school meetings regarding the students.
- I keep confidentiality, documentation, accurate progress updates, and ensure that All Academic,Performance, and Proficiency Standards are met.
- I teach the study skills theory of SQ4R to Midd

I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning. (1) The teacher's role is to act as a guide. (2) Students must have access to hands-on activities. (3) Students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning. (4) Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment. (5) Technology must be incorporated into the school day."
