I highly encourage all clients to book 1.5-2 hours for our first session as this will be our initial opportunity to get to know each other and set out an action plan. All sessions will be recorded and provided to you (completely confidential) to have as a resource.

Clients who schedule weekly sessions will provide a check in each week via email so that I can provide continual support on your journey.

All cancelled coachings are subject to a 100% fee if cancelled less than 12 hours in advance. I will do my very best to be understanding and will reschedule as our schedules allow. The first complete cancellation (not rescheduled, less than 12 hrs notice) will be waived as a courtesy.
