About Ricky
I have performed two solos receiving excellent ratings, I was first chair in intermediate band and I am second chair in the honors band. I march piccolo. As a section leader, my section didn’t just grow as musicians but as well they grew as people as I lead them to be a better version of themselves, not just a better flutist.

I love being a section leader, and being able to help globally seems wonderful and heartwarming to me. Leading my section is so much fun knowing I get to pass on my knowledge to others. Having the opportunity to teach just outside of my old middle school and other flute band members is truly amazing to me, so having an opportunity to teach outside of that would not only be benefiting who I tutor, but as well me. This is a learning opportunity for both parties!
