About Yumna
I am 22 years old and in my second year of university, studying Psychology and Counselling BSc. I have a passion for English, which is why I studied it at A Levels. Through this time, I have helped other students with understanding the text, annotating and essay writing in study groups or one on one sessions. English can be difficult if you don’t enjoy the subject, which is what I hope to change. It’s not all about essays and I’m here to show you that.

Typical lessons can be between 1-2 hours. We will first highlight what the student can improve on then begin from there. I can set practice questions and grade using a mark scheme. Together we will also go over questions. I can help with understanding a specific book for school as I have studied modern, classical and American literature at A Level. My lessons are for any age, including A Level and GCSE (and below).
