About Saeed

I am Dr Saeed Nayeri and I’m pleased to have the opportunity to work with you on your journey in business, innovation and project management. Allow me to talk a little about myself and my passions for being a teacher and coach: Who am I? With a Ph.D. in Organisational Entrepreneurship and over 10 years of professional experience, I bring a comprehensive understanding of business strategy, project execution, innovation, and educational methodologies. My career spans different roles in diverse industries, particularly in Fintech, where I’ve excelled in strategic and operational planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering successful projects. As an academic, I have led curriculum development, student engagement initiatives, and fostered a collaborative learning environment. My research focuses on innovation for SMEs, emphasising the use of technology to enhance business practices and project management. Why Teaching and Coaching? Teaching and coaching are fulfilling and rewarding experiences. They provide a space where I can not only share my knowledge and experiences with students and professionals but also learn from them. It is a journey where I can see the results of planning and effort firsthand and leverage quick feedback to refine and enhance my approach. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have been fortunate to learn from talented individuals who shared their knowledge and skills with me. Now, it is my turn. This opportunity enables me to stay current by engaging with diverse students and coachees, continually learning while empowering them to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

About the lesson

I offer private tutoring services in Business Management (particularly in Strategic Management and Business Development) and Project Management (with a focus on Planning, Risk Management, and Investment Appraisal). This service also includes guidance on conducting research in these areas or preparing for professional certifications such as PRINCE2. Our sessions are interactive, skill-based, flexible, supportive, and career-oriented, delivered online on weekday evenings and weekend evenings.
