About Tejaa
Teja Kadam is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 18 years of diverse experience across the complete HR gamut, spanning startups, mid-sized enterprises, and global capability centers (GCCs). She has built her career as a trusted HR leader known for blending strategic foresight with hands-on execution, enabling organizations to scale effectively while fostering a people-centric culture.
Her expertise covers end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, HR analytics, and compliance. She is also a certified HR Analytics Expert and a certified PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer, underscoring her commitment to building safe, compliant, and future-ready workplaces.
Teja’s corporate career has seen her leading HR functions at senior levels, where she successfully designed and implemented policies, competency frameworks, and performance management systems tailored to organizational goals. Off late, she has served as HR Head, driving people strategy, workforce design, and leadership alignment to enable business transformation.
As the Co-Founder and Director of Transparian Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Teja now leverages her corporate experience to deliver HR and compliance solutions to a wide spectrum of clients. Under her leadership, Transparian provides services across recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, POSH training, HRMS implementation, and fractional CHRO offerings. Her entrepreneurial vision is to bridge India’s manpower capability gap—supporting both fresh graduates and experienced professionals—while enabling organizations to access scalable, technology-driven HR solutions.
Teja is passionate about harnessing AI, HR technology, and compliance automation to reshape the future of HR.
