About Catherine
I am a helper, guide, teacher, and caretaker with degrees in Biology and Education and certification in yoga instruction. My work is focused on relationships: relationships with my clients, your relationship with yourself, and your relationship with your world. Experienced with adolescents and others in transitional spaces in their lives, whether by move, traumatic event, start or end of a relationship, beginning or end of a journey, and more. There is always more to learn by asking questions within and with out.
