About Soloja
Sawubona, my name is Soloja. I am a native isiZulu speaker originally from KwaZulu-Natal and now based in Johannesburg. I grew up speaking isiZulu at home and I have a deep love for our language and culture. I have been helping friends, colleagues and learners from different backgrounds learn to speak Zulu confidently for everyday life and work. I am patient, friendly and professional. I understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language, especially as an adult, so I make my lessons relaxed, supportive and fun. My goal is not just to teach you words, but to help you connect with people and feel proud speaking isiZulu.

Sawubona! I am a native isiZulu speaker from KZN, fluent in isiZulu and English. My methodology is simple and practical. I don't teach boring textbook grammar only. I teach real, everyday conversational Zulu you can use immediately - greetings, respect, taxi, market, work, and talking with colleagues and family. What makes me unique is I adapt to YOUR goal. Whether you need Zulu for your job, for matric, to talk to your partner's family, or as an expat living in SA, I have a plan for you. A typical lesson with me: 10 minutes conversation practice, 20 minutes new words and sentences, 20 minutes real-life role play, 10 minutes homework. My lessons are for complete beginners, intermediate learners, matric learners, professionals, and foreigners of all ages. I am patient, friendly, and I make learning Zulu fun and easy.
