About Christelle

I am a positive and enthusiastic person who loves to learn through teaching. Before I became a teacher and left France, I was a Digital and IT consultant and before that I was a Commercial Real Estate agent. I have had several professional experiences that I would be happy to share with you if necessary. I am open-minded hence my passion for languages and foreign cultures. I have a growth mindset, I believe in hard work and resilience and failures are a means to always carry on for me (go getter mentality). I am French with Congolese and Angolan backgrounds. I am Christian. I am married. I like cooking, music (singing and relearning piano). I also speak lingala and German which I can teach to GCSE students.

About the lesson

Sessions will always depend on what learners want to explore, it may be introducing to a skill, consolidating an existing skill (speaking, listening, reading, writing) or cultural capital if learners are GCSE/A-Level students. It may also be about a specific field if learners are workers (Business, IT, etc) who need French or English in their daily professional life. *Sessions are 50 min to an hour max (the first 10 mins being a recap of last session, identifying misconceptions and/or saying what the learning objectives are). *I am a French native speaker with a PGCE and I can also teach English. I have been an online tutor since 2020 (German) and I have also been an English tutor in France from 2013 to 2019. * My lessons are for GCSE/A-level students and further education & workers individuals.
