• What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

  I started dancing when I was 3-4 years old. It was variety dancing. It was a wonderful period: concerts, costumes, stage, rehearsals. I changed several dance schools during my childhood. I did body sculpture, some ballet, basic rhythmic gymnastics, step aerobics. All of these served as a good foundation for my future. So I'm glad when parents encourage their children to play sports.

• What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

  I have always admired rhythmic gymnastics, especially the ribbon exercises. It's incredibly beautiful. Since my childhood I loved watching rhythmic gymnastics competitions. Similarly, I love ballet, even though I did not play these sports professionally. At a conscious age I started doing pole dance acrobatics. I really liked the aesthetics of this sport. Later that I discovered exotic pole dance.
  
  In my life, sport is directly connected with dance. The above-mentioned sports can be called dance. Dance is what my soul loves. In 2013 I started dancing reggaeton, since then I fell in love with the Spanish language and I began to learn it.

• What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

  Music motivates me to action. I listen to music and a film starts to come to life in my head where I'm dancing. Also I am motivated by my results, changes in my body. If you have started to see the muscle relief on your body, you will find it hard to stop. You will want to always see your body beautiful and strong.

• Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

  The first time I took part in an Exotic pole dance competition, I won first place. Immediately afterwards another first place. The next two competitions gave me second prizes. I am happy about that, it was a great experience.

• How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

  I am quite demanding of myself. I do not want to stop if I am not good at something. You have to work on yourself all the time.

• If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

  I wanted to go on a run with a dancer who discovered reggaeton dance for me. I would have asked her about how not to be so demanding of yourself. How to come up with interesting choreographies.

• How do you help people stay motivated?

  I always talk about how nothing is impossible. If you really want to achieve something, you will achieve it. All you have to do is act. Only action can give us results.

• What makes you a Superprof in sports?

  I do not stop. I discover new things. And I want to pass on my knowledge to people. I want to motivate people by my example. I want to give people strength and confidence.
