About Caê
I graduated in Popular Percussion at the São Paulo State School of Music (EMESP Tom Jobim). I had the opportunity to study with Ari Colares, Beto Angerosa and Luiz Guello, big names in percussion today in São Paulo and Brazil.

I started giving private lessons three years ago, receiving students at home, now a bit of a pandemic, I am beginning to understand the dynamics of distance classes and I have been very positively surprised by the results. I believe that studying music should be something pleasant, something that instigates and moves the student to seek more materials, to listen and perceive music in different ways in everyday life. As a language, music, and specifically rhythmic for us percussionists, is a form of communication that is structured in sentences, establishes speeches and dialogues. And to understand what is said, it is necessary to know the vocabulary. That's where my mediation comes in the learning process. I have as a personal objective that the student has contact with the language codes (written and "spoken") and can articulate his own speech, and develop his ideas in phrases and musical speeches. Thus, the methodology used varies according to the wishes, interests and objectives of each student.
