My "WHY" as a professional coach is to support my clients towards their WELL-BEING and towards a professional and personal life that makes MEANING by allowing them to reveal opportunities beyond the limits they impose on themselves. themselves.
15 years of professional experience contributing to the transformation of international organizations, business units and teams, in strategic and operational finance have confirmed to me that the MEN AND WOMEN behind the organizations are not only the key success factor of any structure but also the most exciting part of it!
The support and management of various teams and individuals, the respect of deadlines, the need for profitability and increased performance were my daily life. CALM and KINDNESS paired with OBJECTIVES were essential for me and my environment and have since been my "guiding stars".

Coaching is a process in which I will be your guide. I will be curious about your problem to allow you to move forward with clarity and with new perspectives. I will accompany you, encourage you, challenge you while remaining benevolent.
In our society, we tend to give more importance to “doing” than to “being”. My support seeks to find a balance between the two.
The "Being" part includes presence, awareness and esteem of who you are, highlighting & defusing your blockages and reconnecting to the person you are.
The “Doing” part manifests itself in decision-making, leadership and action.
When these two aspects are combined, you reach your full power and become UN-STOPPABLE!
