The importance of healthy eating habits and exercise in a way that patient’s are able to incorporate that into their own lives. A plan fir healthy goals is customized for each patient’s life circumstances that is realistic for them.
It is important that patient’s understand, have continuous education and monitoring for as long as needed and participate in the plan.
