I am a critical care nurse, currently not practicing, with a secondary passion for diet, nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being focusing on a holistic approach. My belief is that every piece of the puzzle affects the rest of the puzzle.

My teaching approach is to listen to my client to help devise a plan specific to their individual goals and needs. There is no “one size fits all” in a health journey. Everyone is unique and should be treated so. Having experienced illness throughout my life I am very empathetic to the struggles and difficulties that stand in the way of a person’s ability to feel their best.

The free first lesson with Michelle allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Details
First lesson free, $24/hr after that. 5 lessons bundled $22.00/hr, and 10 lessons bundled $20.00/hr. If the need arises to cancel or reschedule, I will happily waive fee. After that I would ask a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you.
