About Ivy
For over 5 years, I have helped students unlock their musical creativity through guitar. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance (Contemporary Styles), which guides my balanced and contemporary teaching style. Technique matters. Expression matters more.
My lessons focus on composition, arranging, and developing original works. We study harmonic concepts, melodic invention, and practical counterpoint. I also show students how to record simple demos of their pieces.
