About Roderick
I have a National Diploma in Network Systems obtained at Boston City Business City College and am a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and Cisco Certified Network Associate. My experience includes over sixteen years of working in the information technology field.
Having worked as an ICT Technician, I am fully adept at executing any tasks associated with the position. I was given the responsibility for providing beneficial technical support to clients, identifying, and investigating network issues, installing and configuring servers, installing, and configuring computers, telephone software support, hardware support, and setup and installing network printers. I am able to provide technical assistance for both phone and computer systems when needed. My communication skills are very good and this allows me to work the help desk to field calls and offer assistance in both verbal and written mediums. Furthermore, I completed system backups, promoted new products and services, and worked on the development and implementation of new processes to decrease unnecessary expenses. Through the years, I have proved numerous times that I am a great team player with excellent analytical skills and the ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
