About Ryan
1. Head Coach - SirfKeval Football Club, Mumbai, in the MDFA Mumbai League.
After understanding the vision and future plans of the owner of SirfKeval Sigma, I was asked to form a club from scratch and we are currently in our second season.
• Authorized to form a competitive team for the Mumbai District Football Association, Division 3
• Preference given to younger players
• Responsible for the kit design along with organizing the trial
• Marketing the club through social media
• Sole decision maker in player and backroom staff selection
• Organizing friendly matches with well known teams in order to enhance SKFC’s reputation
2. Football Coach - Just For Kicks
As a part of Just For Kicks, continuing my work with the Late Madhavrao Sonba Tupe English Medium School children, looking after the Under-12 boys, Under-14 boys and Under-14 girls.
The children are a part of the low income government school.
3. Head Coach - Ajeenkya DY Patil University
Responsible for instilling a football culture at the University and forming a competitive team which participates at Inter-University tournaments.
Age group: 16-24
4. Head Coach - The Orbis School
- Working as the Under-14 Boys and Under-14 Girls Head Coach
- The focus is on bringing the Under-14 boys and girls up to a certain standard that will enable them to perform well when they reach the Under-16 age group
5. Football Coach - The Kalyani School
Under the aegis of Zona Mista Sports and Bharat Football Club, a professional club from Pune, I coach players from The Kalyani School, at their facility.
• Responsible for coaching boys in the age groups of 7-10 and 11-15
• Focus on developing football basic as well as on tactical and positional awareness
• Preparing the boys for trials of U-12 and U-15 teams of professional clubs
6. Head Coach/Manager - PRS Football Club
• Founded the club and registered under Maharashtra District Football Association, Division 2
• Ran end-to-end operations for two years
• Raised Sponsorship money
• Oversaw Ground Hiring, Kits and Equipment Purchases, Medical Team Management
• Responsible for Financial Management
• Initiated Participations in various tournaments and league matches
• Marketing and advertising the club on social media, including development of Official Website
In our first year of existence, we achieved promotion from Division 2 to Division 1 and several players from that group went on to play for bigger and more established teams.

Throughout, I have successfully developed a professional skill set incorporating strong communication, leadership and organisation skills to oversee the effective progress of players and teams in terms of development and results.
I have studied the long-term development of players and have done extensive research into the player pathway to reaching the professional level. The knowledge gained has given me success in my players going on to represent clubs at youth professional as well as professional level. I believe to have an ability on the development and recruitment of talented players.
I have built a reputation of getting results at all organisations where I am given complete control over affairs. As a philosophy, I like to instill the "Win at all Costs" mentality at both senior as well as youth level with the core focus being on developing young players through an attacking style of play, using 4-5-1 at adult professional level and 4-3-3 at youth level. I create a high-pressure environment which tends to keep players completely focused and committed to the cause with intense individual and team goals set for them to achieve. The high pressure, win at all costs atmosphere makes it very easy for players to transition from youth to adult level.
