My Typical Lesson Plan
Quick Review (5–10 mins): We start with a short check-in on the last topic to make sure the student remembers it.
New Lesson (15–20 mins): I explain the main topic clearly using simple real-world examples and visual tools.
Practice Together (15–20 mins): We work through problems or draft essays together so I can guide them in real time.
Student Wrap-Up (10 mins): The student explains the main points back to me in their own words to lock in what they learned.
