About Sophie
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with 16 years of teaching experience. I have worked with school students, college students, and working professionals, helping them learn guitar in a simple and enjoyable way.
My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that music should be accessible to everyone. I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can progress at their own pace and develop confidence through regular practice and proper guidance.
I teach fundamental and advanced concepts such as chords, scales, rhythm training, fingerstyle playing, music theory, song learning, and performance preparation. My lessons are designed to make learning easy, interactive, and enjoyable for students of all levels.
During my teaching career, I have successfully guided many students who have showcased their skills in school functions, college programs, and community events. Many of my students continue to play guitar as a passion and source of relaxation.
I believe that a good teacher not only teaches techniques but also inspires students to enjoy music and express themselves creatively. With patience, encouragement, and a student-focused approach, I strive to help every learner reach their goals and develop a lasting love for guitar and music.

I believe that music is a journey of self-expression and continuous learning. My teaching methodology focuses on helping students enjoy this journey while building strong technical skills and musical understanding.
I teach Guitar using a balanced combination of theory, practical exercises, and creative activities. Students begin with simple concepts and gradually progress to advanced techniques according to their learning speed.
I encourage patience, discipline, and regular practice. Continuous feedback and supportive guidance help students overcome difficulties and gain confidence in their abilities.
Apart from Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear development, music appreciation, and basic composition techniques. These subjects help students become complete musicians with a broader understanding of music.
My ultimate goal is to help students build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
