Core Cavity Extraction in Mold Wizard Tool, Die Layout in AutoCAD2010 Strong Knowledge of manufacturing process (HPDC, LPDC, GDC), Heat treatment and its process, material specifications and its compositions and parameters. ⮚ Modification in existing dies w.r.t. Product modification as per customer requirement. ⮚ Calculate Machine Tonnage, Die Layout, Die Cost, etc. ⮚ Good working knowledge of Enovia PLM software. ⮚ Ability to work multi-tasking and work independently. ⮚ Basic Knowledge of GD&T. Total Industrial Work Experience: - 15+ Years
