About Abhijit
I have 21 years of experience in learning, training, curriculum, and content across IT (Oracle, Java) and Telecom (Optical Data Networks, Enterprise Switch, GPON, NMS). I have had stints with Oracle, NIIT, Connective Systems, Nokia Siemens and a few more. My KRA has been to architect and deliver learning assets in order to maintain a skill inventory, competent to keep their performance metrics intact and in turn be well aligned with organization goals and objectives. In the wake of an expanding scope of AI and Automation, the importance of EQ is gaining equal traction along with IQ. I have combined my experience in IQ and EQ to conceptualize inclusive learning assets, then launch programs to chisel minds to transform them from being 'unconsciously incompetent' to 'unconsciously competent'. This is meant to ensure that professionals of all cadre remain to be-in-the-reckoning at the face of disruption caused by AI and Automation. Although this coaching/course is open to anyone keen to work on one's Emotional Quotient (EQ), its particularly useful for final year students of undergraduate engineering (CS and IT streams) and postgraduate courses in computer applications, who are eligible for campus hiring/placement drives.
The objective, is to chisel their thought directions to empower them to handle evaluations that test their ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity. Its meant to make them appear as worthy candidates rather than meek contenders at interviews during campus hiring/placement drives.
In the wake of disruption caused by AI and Automation, the value of a professional is a homogeneous blend of IQ+EQ-Ego. This coaching aims to instill this in students on the verge of beginning their career.

* Take clear actions before, while ongoing and after campus hiring/placement interviews.
* Devise a plan-B if campus placement falls short.
* Dispel diffidence to appear worthy candidates and NOT meek contenders at campus hiring/placement drives.
* Create a short-medium term career roadmap (with volatility in vogue, short-medium term roadmaps are a good choice)
The entire knowledge base is broken up into small modules with clear learning objectives. The teaching aid is a slide deck and live explanations in case of classroom/virtual classes, and recorded videos in case of offline learning.
Each learning objective is consolidated with examples drawn from industry experience and prevailing knowledge.
Wherever necessary, module/s are further supplemented with use-cases/exercises to drive engagement and adoption by students.
