About Sarah
Meditation is deep in my heart because I have been there, when you lose track of the days because you don't care. When you could care less what happens to you because the thought of living can bear to be just too much some days. I was on, anxiety medication, depression medication, insomnia medication. I would stand in the pharmacy line with all the other humans and think to myself there has to be a better way. With this, I began to deepen my understanding of connecting and calming the mind. Now I actually fall asleep within a decent amount of time! If this is you, let me help, you don't have to live that way. You deserve better.
