About Joana
In addition to being an Essential Reiki Master (since 2020), I have been a yoga enthusiast and practitioner for over 10 years. I love doing meditation for the calm and clarity it brings me - despite being one of those people who have 30,000 thoughts during the process (thus, an ordinary mortal).
I have an eclectic academic background, in which I studied from psychology to arts. I bring a little of these various aspects to my therapy sessions in a light and natural way.
I'm a fan of an healthy plant-based diet, free-form expression and barefoot nature walks; fan of independent cinema and music with soul. Why am I telling you this last part? Well... I think it's really important to know your reiki therapist/master, even if just a bit. After all, we will connect during any kind of reiki session and I think this is important for things to flow easily.

My Reiki therapy sessions have a unique personal method. As with everything I do, nothing is done in the most common way and always has my personal twist.
I like to start with a short self-analysis exercise, followed by channeling Reiki energy with a unique cleansing (personal method). At the end, we meditate together for a bit to integrate the moment after a simple liberation exercise.
If it sounds too complicated to you, trust me: it isn't. These are not "strange" exercises or anything very om shanti. Anyway, you only do what you feel comfortable doing and what you feel like doing at the moment.
Sessions run from 1h-1h30h and the value of 47€ is per session (not by time).
In addition to being a therapist, I am a facilitator of Essential Reiki Level I, II and III.

Unlike the usual Reiki trainings, I do group mentoring after the course (for the 21 days of reiki self treatment, for answering questions and following up on your process).
