About Jennifer
I am a rehab personal trainer of 18 yrs (non medical). Working with special populations, post injuries and surgery. I take a holistic approach to balance & movement, transitioning individuals back into a fitness program safely, once they are discharged from physical therapy. Additionally I was a radio personality for 18 years and currently do voiceover work and some public speaking.

I make individuals feel comfortable and teach confidence with much encouragement. However if something is incorrect, I suggest a different way or different answer that is personalized for them, not that anything is necessarily wrong. Also I make myself approachable so that they know they can ask questions or for help.
