About Lena
I am a registered sport psychologist. I bring unique experiences of what it is like to work in an elite sport, especially how to apply theory into practice. I have worked with individuals in coaching roles for many years, so I understand how to tailor teaching sessions to your needs. Finally, I can provide an insight into the process of becoming a psychologist and sport psychologist.
