I have worked in personalised nutrition and industry for 30 years, and currently, tutor/mentor university students doing their degrees in nutrition. I’ve worked across academic, charity, private, entrepreneurial and public sector settings, and now I specialise in helping students build confidence, deepen subject understanding, and excel in their studies. I'm passionate about nutrition and enjoy passing on evidence-based information, how to pass exams and where to find resources. I also mentor nutrition-based entrepreneurs, first jobbers and those interested in pursuing freelance job opportunities.

I regularly tutor university students taking nutrition and food science degrees. I can also tutor GSCE students to near degree-level standards making it easy to obtain a grade 8/9 for university applications.
I have a degree with a double major in Nutrition and Food Science, and a Master's with a double major in Applied Psychology and Health Promotion. I also have a Master's in Business so can go beyond the basics when tutoring on food tech and entrepreneurial initiatives.
My lessons are one to one per hour, and I will go out of my way to ensure you have access to the resources you need to excel and to adapt to your needs.
