About Amvrosia
My academic background has a strong focus on clinical nutrition, particularly in cancer care. During my training, I completed three clinical placements in hospital settings, gaining experience in patient care and multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
I also have a strong interest in epidemiology and statistical analysis, which allows me to approach nutrition from an evidence-based and research-informed perspective.
Beyond my academic and clinical experience, I have a genuine passion for fitness and an active lifestyle, which naturally led me to specialize in sports nutrition. I enjoy helping people fuel their bodies, improve their performance and build healthy, sustainable habits.
