About Nahla
Hi, I'm Nahla! I'm a Registered Nurse currently completing my Family Nurse Practitioner program, where I spend my days immersed in clinical coursework, case studies, and hands-on patient care training. Nursing school pushed me to develop strong study strategies and a genuine love for teaching. I found that some of my favorite moments in school were helping classmates work through tough concepts, and that's what led me here.
I know firsthand how overwhelming nursing coursework can feel, with the volume of material, the pressure of clinical rotations, and the anxiety of NCLEX prep. My goal as a tutor is to make that process manageable by breaking complex topics into clear, logical pieces and connecting them to real clinical thinking, not just memorization.
Outside of nursing, I value balance, faith, and family, and I bring the same patience and care to my tutoring that I do to my patients. Whether you're tackling pharmacology, prepping for an exam, or just need someone to help a concept finally click, I'd love to help you get there.

I believe nursing concepts stick best when they're connected to real clinical scenarios rather than memorized in isolation. As a working RN currently completing my Family Nurse Practitioner program, I teach the way I think through patient care, starting with the "why" behind a concept (pathophysiology, mechanism of action, disease process) before moving to the "what to do" (assessment findings, interventions, priority actions). I use case-based learning, practice questions modeled after NCLEX-style logic, and simple diagrams or analogies to make dense material (like pharmacology or fluid/electrolyte balance) easier to visualize and recall. I also focus heavily on clinical reasoning and prioritization, since that's what most nursing exams and real practice actually test.
A Typical Lesson
A session usually starts with a quick check-in about what's giving you trouble, whether that's a specific topic, an upcoming exam, or a care plan or case study assignment. From there, we'll work through the concept together using
