About Victoria

I am a professional ballet dancer, choreographer, and educator with over 26 years of experience in the field. My training and performance background have allowed me to work with dancers of all levels, helping them develop a strong technical foundation and a deeper connection to their artistry. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts from Saint Mary's College of California and am also a certified yoga instructor with a background in yoga therapy. My combined experience in dance and movement wellness allows me to guide students toward balance, alignment, and longevity in their training. I am passionate about inspiring dancers to find confidence in their movement, purpose in their practice, and authenticity in their artistic voice.

About the lesson

With over 26 years of professional experience in ballet, pointe, choreography, and yoga, my teaching approach blends classical technique with a deep understanding of body alignment and artistry. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California and have spent my career training and mentoring dancers of all ages, from young beginners to pre-professional artists.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual dancer’s goals, focusing on developing clean technique, musicality, strength, and expressive movement. My background in yoga also brings an emphasis on breath, balance, and injury prevention, supporting a healthy and sustainable dance practice.
