My teaching is learner centred as per the new teaching curriculum which encourages creativity from learners unlike the old methods where the teacher was the centre of learning. I encourage learners to be creative and to look for information for themselves especially now in the age of information. I teach learners skills for find and sift through loads of information and to verify their findings. As a language teacher I also employ the communicative methods and encourage learners to be wide readers. I also employ diverse approaches to teaching to cater for different learning needs.
