I am a recent postgraduate in Healthcare Management with a strong background in mental health.Passionate about health and wellbeing, conscious thinking and a big believer in creating a wholesome community of like minded individuals with a mutual sharing of useful knowledge.

My teaching methodology is holistic health .
I believe that we can influence our life positively if we look at the ovsrslly aspect of wellbeing such as mental health, community health and physical health. It involves only talking and making positive changes in the lifestyle.
