About Mark
I recently finished my PhD in physics in 2025. I have 8 years of physics teaching experience at the university level. My graduate school research was in astrophysics. I also love sports, my dog, and fantasy books. I take a relaxed, measured approach to physics problems, and I'm eager to pass that on to you!

My philosophy with physics is it's all about practice, practice, practice! You will never see the exact same physics question twice, so it's super important to learn to apply your tools (equations and theorems) to a variety of situations. I teach a very simple approach to tackling physics problems at both the university and high school level.
