About Eimear
I am a Pharmacology graduate with a background in science, maths and Spanish tutoring. I spent my final year of college turtoring a number of students in my spare time. I have also got other experience working with children, spending two summers as a camp counsellor in the US, tennis coaching, leading school groups on trails in Madagascar and being a guide leader in my local Girl Scout group. Currently in Bundaberg doing farming work.

My main reason for taking on tutoring is my own experience in the classroom where students do not raise their hands and ask questions because they are afraid to be wrong or sound ‘stupid.’ My approach to tutoring is to make the student feel as comfortable as possible and to really discuss a topic so that they have a more well-rounded understanding then they would from a group learning setting. I believe that the extra attention is all some people need to go from failing to passing or from a satisfactory grade to a great one.
