About Daed

I believe there is a place for everyone on this Earth, regardless of their interests or aspirations. I am excited to assist you on your journey through your destined path. As a first generation college graduate, I know the tribulations students may face in their academic careers. I want to use my experiences to not only help students succeed in courses, but to also build their self confidence, and guide them to their passions.

About the lesson

When learning content, I work with the Pomodoro technique as well as active recall. A typical lesson plan will include reviewing notes with timed breaks, creating practice questions, and relating the content to real world occurrences to ensure memorization and conceptual understanding. What sets me a part as a tutor is my experience with testing various learning methods. I am understanding that everyone learns in their own style and pace and I will work hard to ensure everyone's learning needs are met. additionally I have extensive experience working with students with special needs and learning disabilities. My lessons are designed for Middle-High School students (6th-12th grade.)
