About Caleb
My name is Caleb Gurule and I am a recent graduate from my university. I have worked as a university writing tutor for 1.5 years. Throughout my college degree, I have spent 350+ hours in public high schools, teaching lessons, observing classes, and being mentored by faculty and staff.
I have written multiple 50+ page essays and am an expert in academic writing, regardless of the level. I can also speak Spanish.

I believe learning happens best when the student enjoys what they are learning about. The typical lesson plan will be individualized to fit the student's particular needs and interests, while preparing them for the academic and "real" world. Besides my academic background in education, I have served 1.5 years as a 1-on-1 writing tutor for my university. I have also served in public high school settings.
Lessons would be oriented towards 8th–12th grade, with a special emphasis on writing skills. Any level within these grades is fine.
