About Angelica
Angelica is a native California Gal. She came from the Bay Area and later lives in the SoCal region. At the age of eight, she took piano lessons with Jo Hughes. Soon afterward, she picked up the violin throughout her whole Middle School term. As soon as she went to High School, she took advantage of their music programs under the direction of Frank Rico. In her second year, she officially became a Concert Master upon High School graduation. After high school, she pursued a Music Degree at University of La Verne (B.A. in Music). She worked with great musicians and inspirational educators such as Danielle Cummins, Grace Zhao, Reed Gratz, Kathy Lamkin, and other fantastic musicians. In 2012, she had an amazing opportunity and international scholarship to perform at the International Chamber Music and Juvenile Orchestra at GTO, Mexico. She took leadership roles under the guidance of Mu Phi Epsilon, an International Professional Music Fraternity. Soon after graduation, she had a great chance to work with other great musicians such as Olivia Tsui, Dr. Sylvia, and many more.
