About Praveen

I carry 25+ years of professional experience. I am currently with a leading Telecom Service provider focused on Governance (Data Analytics & Reporting). In the past, - Led start-ups in the space of Networking & cybersecurity. - Delivered transformational Programs & Projects in the Gov, Higher Education, and Telecom Verticals. Actively coach for performance & resilience, at work, and outside. Am an active mentor at Project Management Institute.

Sarah is a Governance Leader, passionate, who carried high accountability, but down-to-earth and humble. Sarah wanted a 3rd eye to review her approach to problem-solving. She sought a 60m consultative session which was quite insightful and uplifting.

Praveen's response
Haider Abbas is a gentleman from Vancouver, Canada. He is a PMP (Project Management Professional) himself but wanted to further his understanding on practical aspects of project management.

Though we were in different time-zones, we have been able to agree about the time and format to make the distant coaching sessions successful.

We also had an agile/iterative way of agreeing on the topic ahead of the subsequent session that made it relevant & purpose-fit.

Over 20 hours of coaching across 14 sessions, we have traveled together on a short journey in project management.
- I am quite impressed with Haider's enthusiasm, positive mindset and his ability to grasp, raise sharp questions and produce good results
- Haider has been able to deal with real scope, break them into tasks and has been able to showcase tasks dependencies (relationships), critical paths, Gantt, Network diagrams, etc.
- Haider is currently gearing up around the practical aspects of Resource & Cost Management and what would be valuable for his growth would be his ability to advise stakeholders and bring in the right governance to the engagement/contract.

Haider has my best wishes and a reference point to come back. With his focus & dedication, Haider's journey will be quite impactful & fulfilling.
