About Rachel
Achieved a Raw 50 in VCE Legal Studies in 2021 and graduated from Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar with an ATAR of 99.20 and I have completed Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Economics) at The University of Melbourne. I have three years of experience in tutoring Legal Studies and I have developed useful resources to help students through the course. I have previously worked as the Lead Content Creator for Legal Studies at EdLuma, producing video lectures on the VCE Legal Studies course.

I strongly believe that the key to academic success is confidence!My goal as a tutor is always to foster self-belief and encourage challenges that feel rewarding and healthy. In our sessions, students will first focus on exploring content in a method that best aligns with their learning style, focussing on areas that are less clear or more challenging. We will then explore application and exam-style questions, always making sure to align studies with areas that are examinable. I strongly believe that regular weekly sessions are the most effective structure for tutoring, although I'm also happy to provide ad hoc support before assessments and end of year exams. Sessions are one-on-one.
