About Ryan
I am a qualified Science teacher, but graduated form the University of Surrey with a degree in Psychology. I have an excellent knowledge of the Psychology curriculum as well as the ability to stretch and challenge those wishing to aim for an A* in their Psychology exam. Being a qualified teacher with over 5 years of experience also gives me the ability to refine and improve the exam technique of students to ensure that they get the best possible outcomes in their exams.

I am a dynamic and engaging classroom practitioner who is flexible and responsive to the needs of the students whom I teach. I take a structured approach to each lesson I deliver, but ensure that I tailor the delivery of content to the learning styles of individual students.
In my teaching I strive to synthesis related topics so that students are able to make links for themselves between concepts in order to provide a deeper and more accurate understanding of the subject. I take a patient approach with students, aiming to build confidence and independence in their understanding of psychological phenomena.
