About Faye
I prepare interesting lesson plans for my students and modify them based on students' needs and their level of understanding, providing many examples from their interests and daily lives. In order to do this, I have to get to know my students and assess their level first. Having a rapport with my students has always been my strong teaching point.

As a teacher I have been very practical and need based flexible teacher. I teach by first building a report with my students and adjusting my lesson plans to their level of understanding. I teach by engaging my students in meaningful conversations and supporting them in their thinking and reasoning. I also make it a fun time so they will come back for more.
