About Cerys
My undergraduate degree is German and Russian and I have a PGCE and QTS. I have tutored individual students and small groups since 2014 and taught classes up to 35. I have an understanding of what GCSE examiners are looking for (particularly AQA and Edexcel)

I prefer to start teaching by assessing knowledge for gaps and then adapting teaching to interests, frame of reference etc of the student to explain concepts that they struggle with and regularly practice areas of difficulties. I aim to help the student reflect on their own learning and develop their own study skills.
