About Amanda
Ni hao, this is Amanda. I am from Northeast of China, currently living in New Zealand. I am a qualified senior Chinese teacher, I worked as a Mandarin teacher in a language school for 7 years.
I am passionate about sharing the beauty of the Chinese language and culture with students of all ages and proficiency levels. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and engaging, with lessons tailored to each student's individual needs, goals, and learning pace. I believe that learning Mandarin should be both effective and enjoyable, so I create a positive and interactive environment where students feel comfortable practicing, asking questions, and building confidence.

As a qualified Senior Chinese Teacher with seven years of teaching experience, I have experience teaching learners at different proficiency levels. My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners, whether they are learning Mandarin for school, work, travel, exams, or personal interest.
I aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment where every student can build confidence, make progress, and enjoy learning Chinese.
