About Harry
I am an ex-rugby player who was forced to stop playing due to a knee injury that required surgery and was never the same afterwards.
Ever since I have been always advocating for a healthy positive lifestyle and I am a regular gym-goer.
My background has always been in sports and or physical activity having focused on sports-based courses and also attending Hartpury University.
