I like to encourage my pupils through building confidence. I ensure that the children are given all the tools and skills they need to succeed but they are also able to complete tasks independently after discussion. I have a friendly and approachable manner which I believe is crucial when working with younger children. I encourage questioning and feel children should be given a safe environment to give tricky concepts a go.
