About Eugenie
I am a qualified Physiotherapist and Mat Pilates Instructor.
I completed my physiotherapy degree through Stellenbosch University and my Pilates Instructor course through BASI Pilates.
In high school, I used to do Gymnastics, so well aware of all the injuries that come with sports.
I'm inspired to help you achieve optimal body-awareness, as well as a balanced and functional body.
I'm also passionate about Women's Health and neuro-development.

I base my teaching method on the basic BASI Pilates principles and can easily adapt as well as modify exercises to each client's needs.
I have plenty of experience working with people and my clinical experience as a Physiotherapist has helped me observe and adapt to each client's specific needs.
