My name is Sipho
I've always been a teacher by nature which is why I fell in love with helping people get in shape and master their training style while staying fit and continue to help more people as I'm now going to be your lecture and you can follow me on social media as well and see it in real-time as I will offer free training sessions for my students and also open my extra hours in mentoring them during and after their journey to become great fitness coaches.
