About Fatima
I graduated 1.5 years ago with an MSci Optometry degree. Through those years, I would not have gotten through without hard work and perseverance. Through my experiences and what I have learnt through the process, I can offer a lot of support to current Optometry students/pre-registration students. All the ins and outs of the process are still fresh in my mind.
I am amiable and optimistic personality-wise, and I believe very strongly that positive encouragement yields the best results with students (and I have experience in having a very encouraging tutor for Maths A-Level, and I know I will always remember her!)
I have experience in two different independent practices and also in Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, so this experience is helpful as I have practical experiences in both.

I tutor students currently undertaking the Optometry degree and/or undertaking their pre-reg. I will provide high-yield learning materials to help with studying between lessons with an aim to see clear progression.
We will work together to focus on areas across the optometry curriculum, from anatomy to contact lenses. I believe the method in which I teach will be personalised based on each individual.
Fun fact about me: I am passionate teaching young children Arabic and another group of children I have assisted at Rainbows.
