About Caitlin
Pilates has been a big part of my own fitness journey for years. As an avid Pilates student before becoming an instructor, I discovered that Pilates gave me a deeper sense of awareness and connection with my body. It had such a positive impact, inspiring me to share that experience with others through teaching it!
I am now a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor with a passion for delivering impactful and rewarding sessions. I have previously taught group-based sessions to people of all ages and abilities. I’m now really looking forward to bringing that experience into a more personal 1:1 setting, where I can get to know each client and create personalised programmes tailored to their individual needs, goals and experience.
I love helping people feel stronger, more confident in their bodies, and I’m excited to support you on your own Pilates journey!

I offer personalised 1:1 online Pilates sessions designed around you and your goals. Whether you’re a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced, I’ll guide and support you through each session at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll work on building strength in targeted areas around your body, improving your mobility, posture and flexibility — all from the comfort of your own home!
