I am a health and social care trainer who has previously worked as an HR business partner. I currently work in health and social care and teach English online and prepare students for their IELTS Exams. I have a postgraduate diploma in HR mgt, TESOL Certification to teach online English

I approach each class by the use of Differentiated instruction; this means I adjust the curriculum for a lesson, unit in a way that engages all learners in various ways. This means changing my teaching styles constantly to fit not only the material but more importantly, the students based on their learning styles. I ensure there is use of PowerPoints, other sources like films, articles and books that I can share with my students. Once information has been passed on, homework and assessments will take place. I have different flexible ways to ensure knowledge retention sticks to my students by making my classes as interactive as possible.
