About Alois
I have a Bachelor of Education degree (English language and Literature and a Master of Education degree specialising in Social Justice in Education). I taught English (the Cambridge curriculum) from January 2003 to December 2007. From January 2008 to December 2010, I taught English (Outcome-based-education curriculum) at FET level.

During my lessons I use the communicative approach to teaching and learning. This approach based on the premise that learning a language is a communication process and for learning to be effective there should be a dialogue between the teacher and the learners, and learners should interact through the medium of language among themselves.
